Blue Cheese Olive Nibbles

If you love the blue cheese olive martini, you’ll flip for these little snacks. I bought blue cheese stuffed
olives in a jar to save time, but you could certainly take a few extra moments and stuff them yourself.
The ‘recipe’ is really more of a process, use as many olives as you need to. Puff pastry comes frozen in
the dessert section of the freezer case. One box of pastry makes a LOT of olives.
Lineup:
Blue cheese stuffed olives, drained and patted dry
Frozen puff pastry, thawed but still cold
Playbook:
Preheat the oven to 350.
Cut the puff pastry into short strips, just long enough to wrap around the olive. Pinch the edges closed.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve in a martini glass.
