Lineup: 1 package frozen chicken nuggets Sliced cheese cut to fit buns (cheddar, jack, etc.) ½ cup ranch dressing 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced 1 tablespoon adobo sauce 1 package mini buns Pickled jalapeno slices Shredded lettuce
Playbook: Prepare the chicken nuggets according to manufacturers directions. Melt cheese over nuggets.
In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce. Toast the buns. Spread dressing on both sides of buns. Top each bun bottom with one or two nuggets, jalapeno slices and shredded lettuce. Place top of bun on top.
