The Offseason
The offseason is entirely too long.
I'm sure this doesn't come as news to any of you. And I maintain that the Bears need to go deep into the postseason if for no other reason than to shorten the amount of time between Bears games. Riding the sweet victory of running the leading edge of smashmouth American football might be a reason, too, but that probably goes without saying.
We at chicagofootballchili.com are, of course, THRILLED that our pleas to the McCaskey's to bring in Julius Peppers did not fall on deaf ears. We have yet to convince any existing players to change their names to help promote our website, so the signing of Peppers was quite a coup for us.
